On October 9th, 10th and 11th Capoeira del Norte hosted our first annual Capoeira Workshop & Training Event in Boise. We brought our Contra-Mestre Gui de Barros of Capoeira Centro Sul (www.centrosul.org) to Boise from Los Angeles for three incredible days of Capoeira training including music, sequencias, roda, party and even a basketball game! Several local and national companies offered sponsorship to make this event possible.
